What schedule do the developers work on?
Developers work on a flexible schedule according to your time zone. A minimum of 5 hours of overlap of work hours is assured.

What if the developer’s work is not found satisfactory?
It remains a rare event as the retention rate is about 95%. But when it happens, we provide a replacement for no additional costs.

All our developers go through multiple rounds of technical and interpersonal tests. Only the top of the lot is presented to you.
